Terror in Tooting

Hey, guess what y'all. New links to terror in my neighbourhood.

But this time, it's not like before. No. Not at all. This time it's Tamil separatist Hindus.

Actually, this is why I never, ever, ever give to non-Western charities - e.g. after the Boxing Day Tsunami and Pakistani Earthquake.

Completely OT:

The Tennessean is running a three-part profile of L'burg native Freddie Thompson. Part One today:

I gave money to the Tamils for the boxing day Tsunami. Apparently that made Vol angry, but I don't think I have a cat in the Tamil vs Sinhalese fight. The Sinhalese run slightly better corner shops, but I'm a big fan of the Tamils' favoured deity Ganesha, whereas Sinhalese are Buddhist, a rather dull religion. A Tamil shop on Tooting High Street had a big gold Ganesha in the window, whose shoulders sprouted St George's flags for St George's day last year - he looked awesome! Sadly, Ganesha is gone now. Don't know if that's anything to do with the Muslim motorbike shop opening up next door.
